Daftar Beberapa Negara yang Bebas Visa (For Indonesia Citizen, passport only)

Seneng banget rasanya kalo bisa traveling ke negara2 yang bebas visa, udah bebas fiskal (buat yang punya NPWP), ditambah banyaknya promo tiket pesawat yang menggiurkan (contoh: airasia, tiger airways, jetstar, dll). Banyak pengalaman orang yang ribet berurusan tentang visa terutama ke negara2 tertentu yang lumayan ketat urusannya. Udah cape-cape beli tiket, ehh.. ternyata angus gara2 visanya ditolak, wah.. klo udah gini sakit atiiii n gondok engga ada duanya. Emang kudu banyak trik and trik supaya bisa lolos, nanti deh bakal dibahas dilain waktu. Dan sekarang ni aku kasih negara2 yang bebas visa dan cuman kasi liat paspor kita aja, ada juga yang ngadain Visa on Arrival (VoA) sebenarnya bukan bebas murni karena kita tetap harus mengurus visa saat kedatangan di bandara tujuan dengan membayar sejumlah uang. VoA ini hanya berlaku untuk kunjungan singkat seperti untuk turis atau kunjungan sosial.

MINYAK AYAM

Makasi sebelumnya buat dapursolia atas tipsnya. Dah lama aq nyari2 gimana caranya bikin minyak ayam, klo ngeliatin tukang mie ayam ato nasi goreng suka bingung sendiri sama minyak yang selalu dirahasiakan. Eh, ternyata ini toh yang bisa bikin masakan jadi enak n lebih gurih.. Buat yang kolesterol tinggi... Hmm, mending jangan deh, udah minyak ditambah lemak lagi.. komplit deh penderitaan , tapi buat yang ga nahan, skali2 ga papa kali yaa :D

Bahan:


1000 ml Minyak sayur bening
250 gram Minyak/ lemak ayam
10 siung Bawang putih, digeprak (bukan dirajang ya)
1 ruas jari Jahe
1 sdt Lada utuh, digeprak (jangan diulek)
1 sdt Ketumbar utuh, digeprak
Alternatif: lada dan ketumbar bisa diganti dengan kemiri. Gunakan biji yang masih segar, yang akan berbau harum saat dimasak. Tidak bisa diganti dengan lada/ ketumbar bubuk karena yang berbentuk bubuk sudah tidak mengeluarkan minyak.

Cara membuat:

1) Tumis bawang putih dengan sedikit minyak hingga harum, lalu masukkan lemak/ kulit ayam. Tumis terus dengan api kecil hingga keluar minyak agak banyak.
2) Masukkan sisa minyak dan semua bahan lain. Masak hingga 15 menit dengan api kecil.
3) Gunakan untuk menumis/ membuat mie pangsit. Sisa minyak didinginkan, disaring, lalu disimpan di wadah yang bersih, kering dan tertutup.
4) Jangan mengoplos minyak ayam yang sudah jadi dengan minyak sayur.

Valentine Butter Cupcake

Ini cupcake dibuat pas tanggal 14 februari kemarin, gara2 ada temen cewenya fadhil (adik) yang pengen banget belajar bikin cupcake. Terinspirasi dari cupcake simpelnya suhu NCC tercinta (mba Fatmah Bahalwan) yang gampang tapi enak tenan, lembut n wangi banget dari butternya . Sebenernya si gw lum pernah bikin cupcake (maklum masih amatiran), cuman gara2 tuntutan akhirnya mau ga mau bongkar resep2nya NCC, loyang pun seadanya banget. Ceritanya belum punya loyang yang buat cupcake beneran, alhasil pake cetakan buat bikin brokus :D jadinya ya bginilah, lumayan aja dehh, yang penting modal NEKAT n BISMILLAH...

Resep originally by NCC ya..

Bahan:

  • 120 gr mentega
  • 250 gr gula pasir
  • 200 gr tepung terigu
  • 2 butir telur
  • 1/2 sdt vanili
  • 1 sdt baking powder
  • 150 ml susu segar
Topping:
  • Whippy Cream Bubuk
  • Pewarna merah
  • Hiasan warna-warni
  • Air Es

Directions:
1. Kocok mentega, gula, vanili hingga mengembang dan pucat, masukkan telur, kocok lagi hingga tercampur rata dan mengembang.
2. Masukkan tepung dan susu secara bergantian, sambil diaduk hingga rata.
3. Tuang ke dalam cetakan muffin/cup cakes yang sudah dialasi kertas roti kira-kira 2/3 penuh.
4. Oven hingga matang
5. Angkat, dinginkan kemudian hias sesuai selera dan sajikan

Untuk topping, liat di directionnya dus Whippy bubuk, (kasih air es, lalu dikocok pake mikser, beri pewarna merah dikit aja sampai nge-pink). Hias deh ;)

Ayam Saus Mentega (Chicken with Butter Sauce)

Udah bosen sama yang namanya ayam yang digoreng-goreng mulu, akhirnya nyari deh mo diapain lagi ni ayam.. dan pilihan pun jatuh pada Ayam Saus Mentega, ternyatahh begitu nyobain, wuihhh.. nendang bangett, langsung jatuh cintrong deh, apalagi bikinnya simpel banget tinggal crot crott crottt semua saus masuk deh, dan tralalalaa... jadi deh.. Buat yang belum pernah nyoba, cobain deh, makasi banget buat cuek.wordpress atas resepnya, emang bener2 sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Nih resepnya:

Bahan :
1 kilo ayam broiler, potong2 sesuai selera
sejumput garam dan sedikit jeruk nipis

Bumbu rendaman :
1 buah Jeruk limau, peras, ambil airnya -----> klo aq ga pake
2 sdm Kecap Beraroma (contoh: Maggie) ----> klo aq si ga pake
1 sdm Kecap Manis
1/2 sdt Merica Bubuk
1 sdm Worcestershire Sauce (kecap inggris)
Minyak goreng dan 4 sdm margarin untuk menggoreng

Saus mentega :

3 sdm Margarine/Butter ---- > aq pake blue band
4 siung Bawang Putih, cincang halus
1 buah Bawang Bombay, belah 4 bagian
3 sdm Saus Tomat
1 sdm Saus Tiram
1 sdm Kecap Beraroma
2 sdm Worcestershire Sauce
1 sdt Merica Bubuk
4 sdm Kecap Manis
1 sdt Gula Pasir
100 ml Air
1 sdt Tepung Maizena, larutkan dalam air secukupnya

Cara membuat :

Lumuri ayam dengan perasan air jeruk nipis dan garam. Diamkan selama 15 menit, lalu cuci bersih dan tiriskan. Aduk rata bumbu rendaman, tuang ke potongan ayam dan aduk rata. Diamkan lagi selama kurang lebih 30 menit di lemari pendingin (klo bisa seharian si lebih bagus). Sisihkan.

Panaskan minyak dicampur margarine, goreng ayam yang telah direndam dalam bumbu hingga kuning keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan.


Saus :

Panaskan margarine, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum dan kekuningan. Tambahkan saus tiram, kecap beraroma, worcestershire sauce, saus tomat, merica dan gula pasir, aduk rata. Masak hingga mendidih lalu masukkan larutan maizena hingga saus mengental.

Masukkan ayam goreng ke dalamnya, tambahkan kecap manis, aduk rata hingga matang dan bumbu menyerap. Matikan api. Tambahkan perasan jeruk limau. Aduk rata.

Angkat dan sajikan.

KWETIAU




When i visited my big family city in Lamongan, my nephew "Nana" asked me to cook. First she wanna tested me am i a good chef or not?.. and second, she wanna tried my rolled banana chocolate that i selled routine in Bandung. So, we go to the shop buying all ingridients, but we couldn't find The spring rolls. And she have an idea when she saw kwetiau, how if you made it for me and for all?.. Hmm... Ok, i will tried (Actually these was my first experience to made fried kwetiau). So we brought everythings in the market (unfortunately we couldn't found fish sauce). Do you know what? When my kwetiau is ready to served, My big family inc. my hubbie said it is delicious. Thanks God, my test got A+, heheee .. This is the recipe:



FRIED FLAT RICE NOODLE (KWETIAU) SHRIMP

Ingridients:
  • 1 Pack Fried flat rice noodle/Kwetiau
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 gram Shrimps
  • 1 0nce Cabbage, Cut it very thin
  • 1 stem Celery, cut into thin slices
  • 1 stem scallions, cut into thin slices or 2cm long
  • Scallot
  • 7 cloves Garlic, and chopped
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 3 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Fried scallot
How to make:
  1. Heat up a pan, add the vegetable oil, then put in the onion and the minced garlic. Stir fry until it turns slightly golden
  2. Then put in the shrimp until it turns red, then put in the cabbage.
  3. Add in the flat rice noodle, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper.
  4. Then put in the eggs and cut scallions n celery. Stir fry until all ingredients blend in and the noodle slightly fry.
  5. Give fried scallot on the top, then arrange it in 4 separate plates for serving. Ready to serve.

TIPS:
  • You can always substitute the shrimp with chicken, meat or pork. For the vegetable, I think Choy Sum would be the best fit for this dish.
  • Put the eggs in the last will make the kwetiauw more tasty.

GADO-GADO




GADO-GADO


My husband doesnt like eat vegetable so much except gado-gado. I asked my step mother for the recipe and i tried at home, trust me, its delicious. Who dont know that peanut butter with milk coconut is the best matched? The peanut sauce will be so creamy.

I post it for CS-ers especially for randall aries who requested indonesian food. There is an Indonesian peanut sauce, which is served over a kind of vegetable salad, called gado gado. Dont worry for all vegetarian people, u still can eat it. You can use chopped peanuts or peanut butter. You can make it thin with water or thick and creamy with coconut milk. I even know some peanut butter-haters who love peanut sauce, that's how good it is.




Ingridients:
Peanut Sauce:

  • 200 gr peanut butter (for the great taste (but it takes a long time, fry the peanut in the wok without oil with small fire, dont forget to stir always or u will get it burned). But for the simple one, u can use peanut butter but no sugar added kind)
  • 75 ml thick coconut milk
  • 3 pc red chilli (if u dont like hot so much, u can leave away the seeds )
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 2 salam leaves(this is indonesian herb, if this is difficult for u to find, u can leave it)
  • 4 pc lemon grass
  • 1 sereh
  • 5 tbs brown sugar / granulated sugar (its depend your taste, u can use more if you like sweet)
  • 100 ml water
  • salt (its up to you)
  • ready-to-use fried shallots (garnish)


Vegetables (if u cant find any of these, u can change it with your favourite veggie):
  • Boiled Carrots, sliced into finger lengths, steam or boil
  • Boiled Potatoes, sliced into finger lengths, and boil
  • Beans prouts, blanch for 10 seconds
  • Boiled Long beans, sliced 5cm lengths and boil
  • Cucumbers, sliced into finger lengths
  • Boiled eggs
  • Fried Tofu
  • Fried Soy bean cake (tempeh)

Methods:
Peanut sauce:
  1. Blend the chillies, garlic, shallots with the water in a food processor or blender until smooth
  2. Heat the oil and saute the blended ingridients until fragrant
  3. Add the water, peanuts, sugar, salt, and bring to the boil
  4. Cook sauce until boiled, the volume reduced and the sauce surface looks a bit oily. Keep stirring until bubbling about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Serving:

  • Place all vegetables on the plate, pour the warm sauce over, garnish with fried shallots

Chocolate Bread






This is my first bread experienced with hand made. I got this recipe from NCC. The texture is very soft and moist, especially when the bread still warm n fresh from the oven, hmmm.. so yummy. My hubbie like it very much, he gave the name of this is "roti kasur / bed bread". For this time, i put chocolate filling inside, it will melting when you bake it, but if you want to fill with others, like strawberry jam, or cheese its gonna be yummy yummy n yummy too. You can try this at home, and hope you will like it..


Ingridients:
  • 500 gram flour (i used tepung terigu cakra kembar)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 100 gram white sugar
  • 30 gram milk powder (i used dancow)
  • 11 gram yeast
  • 5 gram salt
  • 250 ml water
  • 100 gram butter
  • ½ sdt bread improver
Filling:
  • Dark cooking chocolate/ milk cooking chocolate/ meisjes
Directions:
  1. In a large bowl, Mix flour + sugar + milk + yeast, dissolve all with water and egg yolks. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until a half smooth, then add butter and salt to the dough. Knead the dough again until the surface very smooth and elastic.
  2. Place in a well oiled bowl, and turn dough to coat. Cover with a damp cloth. Allow to rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
  3. Devide the dough into 40 gram balls each.
  4. Fill with chocolate, cheese, etc. Shape the dough to your liking. Leave them to prove till double in size (abt 30 -40 mins).
  5. Top risen buns with egg yolk. Place buns into a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tins. Cool on a wire rack.
